Student Enhancement and Engagement Program
The Student Enhancement and Engagement Program also known as S.E.E.P is a program founded by the financial director Christopher Talley. The vision of the S.E.E.P. is to provide the dancers with a way to attend various conferences that not only educates through movement but through life lessons and history.
The dancers are able to receive training from many different artist and choreographers from all over the world. S.E.E.P is a way to give the dancers opportunities they would not regularly get. At En L’ Air we instill confidence, creativity and self-expression, in order for the dancers to know what life has to offer they need to experience first-hand.
En L’ Air educates our dancers on cultural and race with in the dance community and beyond. The goal of the Student Enhancement Program is to Show, Teach and Apply, through this program these dancers and future En L’ Air dancers will not only succeed in dance but academically and beyond.
